IMDA’s Associate in Infocomm Media (AIM) Graduate Development Programme is a 2-year structured programme to engage and nurture talents passionate in the Infocomm Media field.
It is designed for you to gain broad-based exposure and deepen your functional expertise, so as to build a strong foundation and prepare you to step up for future roles in shaping the vision of driving a dynamic Digital Economy and a cohesive Digital Society.
What you can look forward to!
As an Associate, you will be immersed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with opportunities to rotate across IMDA’s different functions to gain the breadth and exposure of driving the Digital Economy and fostering a Digital Society.
You can look forward to build literacy as well as deepen existing capabilities in key biz-tech areas, develop leadership competencies, receive mentorship by senior leaders for career guidance, and obtain opportunities to work in cross-divisions task forces and committees. Upon the completion of your first rotation, you will be given the choice to specialize in tech work/field. In addition, you may have the opportunity to be sent for Company-Led Training in other organisations to deepen your tech expertise.

- 2 x 1-year rotations in core domain and development wing
- Portfolio consisting of involvement across 2 divisions during each rotation
- Choice to specialise in tech work/field after first year of rotation

- Learn and grow under experienced IMDA senior officers

On IM-mersion DA-y, you will be invited to IMDA’s office for a series of group activities for us to assess how you work in teams and whether you display IMDA’s core competencies. We will also take the chance to give a macro overview of IMDA’s purpose, roles and key initiatives.
