Sergeant Yasuo Fuji, a war cameraman out to film the Japanese army's crossing of the Slim River to Kuala Lumpur, flees from a sudden mortar shell attack. Together with three soldiers, he races against time to get a fatally wounded soldier back to the camp. However, everything starts to go wrong, and they get lost in the maze-like jungle where a female ghost starts to haunt them. Will they make it to safety?
