Launched at COS 2026, the National AI Impact Programme (NAIIP) under Singapore’s National AI Strategy 2.0, aims to strengthen Singapore’s AI capabilities across enterprises and workers.
Under NAIIP, IMDA is expanding TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) to support non-tech workers to become AI-bilingual, combining domain expertise with practical AI skills to transform domain-specific workflows. The programme will support horizontal occupations spanning multiple industries with high exposure to AI applications. In parallel, IMDA will enhance TeSA offerings, working with industry partners to co-develop AI fluency programmes to upskill tech professionals and students to capture opportunities in AI.
