To scale up reskilling efforts and help existing Information and Communications (I&C) professionals stay up to date with the latest technology and changes in their job roles, IMDA will be appointing multiple Training Partners (TPs) to develop relevant and practical training interventions, all of which will be in line with the TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) initiative.

TPs will collaborate with companies to co-develop flagship reskilling programmes or courses for their existing employees in three in-demand areas: Software Engineering, Cloud & Mobility, and Artificial Intelligence & Analytics.

By focusing on these areas, TPs will address the growing need for professionals in Singapore with skills in AI and data analytics.

TPs must also work with the companies to design effective “On-The-Job” training curriculum for employees onboarded onto WSG’s Career Conversion Programmes allowing for reskilling and redeployment into evolved or emerging job roles.
