Brand storytelling is about intentionally cultivating what comes to the minds of your customers and prospects when they think of your business. It goes beyond posting the odd testimonial or making an entertaining video, because from when they first hear of your business, to becoming your loyal audience, an overarching narrative of your business is forming in your prospect’s mind.
The COVID19 situation has given many organisations the chance to write or rewrite the story of their brands. Some stories stick, some not as much.
The third and final workshop in this series will get you thinking about the overarching brand story that you may (or may not be) telling your customers and prospects. Learn what ‘engagement’ looks like from their point of view, and how stories can lay solid foundations for you there.
