Reproduction of Singapore Postage Stamps and Philatelic Materials

The Info-communications Media Development Authority (IMDA) owns the copyright in all Singapore postage stamps and philatelic materials.

The IMDA's approval is therefore required for the reproduction of any Singapore postage stamps and philatelic materials.  A royalty fee may be imposed for such reproduction of Singapore postage stamps and philatelic materials. 

The IMDA has appointed the Singapore Philatelic Museum (SPM) as its administrator to assess and provide approval to third parties for the reproduction of Singapore postage designs and philatelic materials.  All third parties that are interested may wish to contact SPM at here for more information and assistance.
